Dentists

  Dr. Cory joined the practice in 2006, making him the fifth Dr. Larson in the family, spanning four generations.  He  grew up in Northeast Minneapolis and graduated from the University of Minnesota. He is very much a “people person” and enjoys his visits with his patients.Married in 2003, he met his wife, Cristina, at Edison High School.  They love living in Northeast Minneapolis and moved across the street from where he grew up. With their two daughters, Amelia and Aubrey, and two sons, Eddie and Oscar, much of their time is taken with their activities as well as their numerous pets - Ask him about his African Grey Parrot.  The children are involved in Circus Juventas, youth hockey (Go Titans!), and countless after school activities.  Dr. Cory and Cristina are very involved in their school's PTAs and both are currently serving as president for the Waite Park Elementary School PTA and the Northeast Middle School PTA. Dr. Cory is passionate about community and small businesses.  He has lived NE for his whole life and loves to support all the amazing small and local businesses that thrive in this neighborhood.  

   A graduate of the University of Minnesota Dental School, Dr. Devon joined the practice in 2010.  He received a B.S. in Genetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  Devon is passionate about dentistry and loves being able to provide high quality dental care in the relaxed setting of Larson Dental. He enjoys getting to know the patients of Larson Dental while providing them with a wide variety of dental procedures. Dr. Devon and his wife, Gina, have two sons, Benjamin and Bryce, and a daughter, Briella.   Devon enjoys coaching his children's various sports teams, golfing, and spending time at the lake. 

  Dr. Kallie received a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota.  She was born in Maple Grove, Minnesota, but spent the majority of her childhood growing up in Bloomington, Illinois.  Dr. Kallie is passionate about providing the best care to her patients and ensuring that they are comfortable throughout their visit to Larson Dental.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, supporting the local professional sports teams, walking or biking around the lakes, and trying out new restaurants. 

Penny has been a dental hygienist at Larson Dental since 1998.  She enjoys getting to know the patients that make up the “family” at Larson Dental.  Her mission is to help others achieve optimum dental health through education with an emphasis on the prevention and treatment of dental diseases.  Her goal is to serve you, the patient, and help you receive the best dental care possible.  She is married, has two children and lives in Northeast Minneapolis. 

Kim graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.  She went on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Minnesota in 2006.  She happily joined Larson Dental in July 2006.  Her focus is to educate her patients on their dental health.  She wants her patients to have a comfortable experience with an open line of communication and loves building a lasting relationship with her patients.Kim and her husband have two busy sons and yellow Labrador retriever. Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves going “Up North” and traveling to tropical location in the cold winter months. 

Nikki went to Lake Superior College in Duluth and received her Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 2015.   She was happy to join the Larson Dental team back in 2018.  Her goal is to help patients feel comfortable at dental appointments and understand what is going on with their oral health.   Also providing the best dental care for their dental needs, dental education and getting to know them along the way is a bonus!  She has a little condo down the road that keeps her busy with project after project.  Her favorite things are being outdoors, reading, fishing, yoga, eating out, and of course spending time with friends and family.  Pretty soon she is adding a little corgi to the mix! 

 Laurie lives in White Bear Lake with her husband Chad and daughter Cora.  She has been a hygienist since 2001.  Meeting new people everyday and being able to help patients have healthy smiles is what makes her job most enjoyable!  Her interests include the outdoors: fishing, camping and deer hunting, however, most of her spare time is spent training for and playing Flyball with her dogs Throttle, Goose, Peaks and Trebek.

 Jordan received her AAS degree in dental assisting from Hennepin Technical College in the summer of 2018.  As a recent graduate, she really enjoys starting her career at Larson Dental.  Jordan enjoys working with patients and continuing to develop her skills to make everyone feel comfortable and at home.  In her spare time, Jordan loves going on runs and walks and spending time with friends and family. 

 Ume is a Dental Assistant graduate from Hennepin Technical College.  She has a great appreciation for her work and all the wonderful staff members at Larson Dental. She appreciates building relationships with our patients and making sure they have a pleasant dental experienced. In her spare time she is an avid gardener, likes spending time with friends and family, adores dogs (especially hers), photography, diving, and really enjoys traveling/eating her way around the world.  

Tracy graduated from Herzing University in 2010 with an associate of applied science in dental assisting degree.  She then finished her bachelor's degree in healthcare management.  Tracy has been a patient of Larson Dental her entire life and is thankful she now gets to work here and ensure other patients have positive dental experiences.  On any given day you may find her upstairs helping patients or downstairs helping at the front desk.   Tracy enjoys spending time with friends, family and her son William. 

Shelbi joined Larson Dental in May of 2020. She received her Associate of Applied Science degree from Herzing University.  While she finishes her dental assisting state exams, she is working at the front desk as a patient coordinator.  She loves meeting new people and getting to know every patient that walks through the front door.  In her free time she loves spending time with family and friends, and playing with her dogs.  Shelbi enjoys her long weekends up north and traveling to new places.
